Publish a tender with a bill of quantities. Bidders price the same rows and you compare them on one page.

1. 1. Bill

   CSV and Excel become rows. A PDF yields only rows written as description;quantity;unit. If none are found, the table stays empty. A DWG is stored as a file.

2. 2. Rows

   Confirm the rows. A bidder cannot change them later.

3. 3. Publish

   Visible to every bidder on Tenders.
