The controller is the company named on the contact page. Until that legal name, registry code and address are filled in, treat this notice as a draft.

We process the account email, name, phone, company name and registry code, the job description and photos, quotes, and messages needed to run the marketplace. The purpose is to post jobs, compare bids, reveal contact details after a winner is chosen, and keep the service secure. The legal bases are contract, legitimate interest in running a fair marketplace, and consent where a cookie is not essential.

Photos and quotes are kept while the account is active and for a short period afterwards so a dispute can be handled. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

We do not sell personal data. A payment provider is used only when you choose to pay. Email is sent when a job matches a contractor or a bid changes.
