The service lets a client describe a home or construction job and lets a contractor bid on the same lines. Publishing a tender is a one-time fee, unless the client has an active subscription, in which case that fee is not charged. A contractor pays a fixed monthly price to bid and may cancel any month. There is no commission on the job price, no fee for winning, and no fee if the client cancels.

A bid is an offer from the contractor to the client, not from us. We do not employ the contractor and we do not guarantee the work. Contact details are shown after the client picks a winner.

You must give accurate information. A contractor adds a company name and an Estonian registry code. The automatic register check is a helper until the live registry API is connected.

The bidder plan and the client subscription can be closed in any month. Neither locks you in for a quarter. The €1 AI quote is a paid guide when you choose it, and payment stays a placeholder until Stripe is connected.

Estonian law applies. The courts of Harju County are the venue unless a consumer rule says otherwise.
